4. A professional photographer will shoot the property to ensure the best marketing.
5. We will oversee your full color double sided flyer and post cards that will be prepared and printed by our company.
6. We will then blitz the market, with a heavy focus on the internet, to advertize your home on a multitude of websites and search engines such as: TucsonHomesTeam.com, Google, Yahoo, Redfin.com, Realtor.com, Flexmls.com, and MANY other top search engines. We spend thousands of dollars a month to expose our listings to a vast array of Internet buyers.
7.  Your home will be advertised in print media, and Open Houses will be held, if desired.
8.  Feedback from your showings will be available to you weekly. In addition, a full report will emailed out to you on a bi-monthly basis.
9. You will be notified of any changes in the marketplace that may affect your home, and your entire CMA will be updated and sent to you every week.
10. We will negotiate offers on your behalf to maximize price and other contract terms.
11. We will be available to you, potential buyers, and other Realtors 7 Days A Week.
12. Your Agent and our Escrow Coordinator will follow all of the paperwork, deadlines, and details throughout the entire escrow process, until we bring you to a successful close!
