Mark is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School. He practiced law for over thirty years, most as an East Coast based partner in one of the largest law firms in the world (Dechert LLP). Mark and his wife, Marianne Klugheit, M.D. — one of the nation’s foremost experts in mental disorders of the aging — relocated to Tucson in 2003. Mark maintained a bi-coastal law practice for the next five years, while simultaneously teaching Legal Writing and Advocacy at the University of Arizona Law School. Now retired from the practice of law, Mark has become a very visible member of the Tucson performing arts community, acting, producing and directing theater, which he continues to do with enthusiasm and passion.
